Year 7 to Year 9 Students
Teen yoga is an amazing way to assist students to learn healthy lifestyle habits and set the foundation for a fit future. Amanda will teach yoga skills that will help encourage teens relaxation techniques that will help them to deal with the stresses of everyday life. Yoga improves the bodies strength and flexibility, it increases self confidence and builds a positive self image, increases sensory and body awareness plus helps build concentration.
We require a minimum of 8 teens to run this program.
Time: 4.30 pm - 5.15 pm
When: TERM 1 on Tuesday’s starting 19/02/2019 finishing 26/03/19
