Introducing Tweens to yoga can help them learn healthy lifestyle habits and set the foundation for a fit future. It helps to teach relaxation techniques that will help them deal with the stresses of life. Yoga improves strength and flexibility, it increases self confidence and builds a positive self image, increases sensory and body awareness and helps build concentration.
We require a minimum of 6 kids to run this program.
Time: 4.00 pm - 4.45 pm
When: TERM 4 on Tuesday’s starting 16/10/2018 finishing 11/12/18
