Learn how to tame your monkey mind, reconnect with yourself and implement a range of practical strategies to keep you calm and centred, improve your sleep and your relationships. Expect an insightful and educational day, where we will demystify mindfulness and meditation.
Throughout the day you will learn:

This workshop is suitable for anyone seeking more calm in their day and the evidence based, practical skills to navigate the ups and downs of life. It's particularly helpful for those experiencing stress, worries, anxiety or overwhelm, those feeling disconnected to themselves or lacking confidence. No prior experience of mindfulness or meditation required. All levels welcome.
There will be a theory component and practical component to experience mindfulness and meditation techniques for yourself. There will also be group discussion to share your experience of the practical exercises throughout the day. You'll receive a workbook to take away so your mindfulness practice can continue long after the workshop!

Simone Russell is an occupational therapist, life + mindfulness coach with a passion for empowering you to release the fears, self-doubt and limiting beliefs that are holding you back so that you can experience more joy, inner peace and ease in your daily life.
