Fighting the battle with anxiety and school pressure
VCE stress can lead to anxiety and overwhelm. Learning to cope creates a smoother journey through the pressures of exams and social life.
This 4-week program is designed for VCE students dealing with the challenges of stress and overwhelm. Through yoga, mindfulness and meditation techniques, students will learn to overcome anxieties and insecurities and find calmness during a stressful period of their lives.

This course will teach you how to cope and how to free yourself from the weight of anxiety.

About the facilitator
Janine is a qualified Craniosacral Therapist, yoga teacher and movement practitioner specialising in the mind-body connection. She focuses on helping clients build resources to recover from trauma, anxiety, depression and other challenging experiences.
