A Taste of Yoga is a 4 part course that will introduce you to key yoga poses and breath awareness. This course is perfect for absolute beginners. It will begin your journey to greater flexibility, strength and mind/body balance.
BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL as the class will be limited to 10 people to ensure a hands-on personal experience.
Rachel Goldenberg completed her 350 hour Advanced Diploma of Yoga at the Australian Yoga Academy. Rachel began practicing yoga in her 40's as a way to strengthen her body and relax her mind, and it has become her way of life. In her approachable and engaging style, Rachel shares her passion for yoga so each student can begin their own journey, and see the potential benefits to their mind, body and spirit.
