The Revitalise Centre is home to a fabulous program of classes suitable for all ages and abilities designed to support people to honour their body - fuel their soul.

Our Centre has been specifically design to accommodate small classes (12-15 people) to allow a hands-on approach in our teaching, therefore bookings are essential.  To secure your spot be sure to book and pay online via this page or the Mind Body app.  

We provide all equipment for yoga, meditation and chakradance all you need to bring along is a bottle of water and a big smile. 

If for some reason you can't make a class please cancel your booking via the website, email us at hello@revitalisecentre.com.au or call us on 9889-7315 up to 6 hours prior to your class start time. 

Please note the 6.30am and 9.30am class has a 12 hour cancellation window.

YIN YOGA

A restorative and deeply nurturing practice to open and strengthen the body and mind. Moving slowly, postures are held for longer periods of time to target deep connective tissue (fascia). Yin encourages you to turn your attention inwards, inviting a moving meditation throughout the practice.  A perfect balance for our active lifestyles.

All levels welcome.

FLOW YOGA

Flow yoga, also known as Vinyasa, links movement and breath to attain balance in the mind and body. This style of moving meditation is perfect for students who wish to build strength, increase flexibility and find balance.

CHAKRADANCE

Blending free-flowing movements with particular frequencies of sound Chakradance™ will free the energy in your body and open you to a deeper experience of life. A healing dance/movement practice that draws on a fusion of philosophies and musical styles, Chakradance™ aims to restore health to our chakras – the energy centres that in Eastern tradition, are the gateways to integrating mind, body and spirit.

MEDITATION

A mindfulness practice designed to connect individuals with a powerful tool that exists within each person – the breath. A busy mind can lead to anxiety, stress and overwhelm. This class is designed to calm the nervous system and to help students become more mindful and self-aware.

The practice is suitable for all participants.
